Thermo Lean is apparently a stimulant free and side effect free alternative for your weight loss goals. It is based around the idea that you can burn fat, build lean muscle mass, increase metabolism, and suppress appetite. But of course, it would be nice if you would cut out 400-500 calories per day. That would naturally increase the possible benefits and otherwise of course. So they make these recommendations based on that fact. But does this product actually promote more weight loss than diet and exercise alone?
Price: $49.95
Ingredients and Mechanism of Action:
Thermo Lean ingredients include synephrine, guggulsterones, yohimbine, caffeine, and bioperine. These ingredients could all be potentially helpful in your weight loss goals. They all have the right stuff. The problem is that they never actually use the real amounts that you would need or for that matter reveal their amounts, which is a dead giveaway realistically speaking. This interferes, and of course, with caffeine and yohimbine, there are side effects to say the least. Yohimbine doesn’t even contribute to weight loss at all, and yet it causes liver and kidney failure, heart attack, and stroke. So obviously enough, there is no real trade off in this blend.
Overall Impression of Thermo Lean
Thermo Lean is based on blatantly false advertising. It does not help you to lose weight, it does not help you to achieve better results. ThermoLean realistically speaking does nothing for you. You would be far better off were you to actually find something else, something that actually held some degree of promise, and we would recommend and hope that you do.
