Rapid Slim is made with the ingredients caffeine, green tea extract, oolong tea extract, black tea extract, chromium and hoodia along with some others. The tea extracts are caffeine heavy so it is probably safest to explain the purpose of caffeine in a weight loss supplement. Caffeine acts as an energizer and it also has fat burning power due to the thermogenic response it instigates in the body. Caffeine and the tea extracts have all been clinically tried and proven to influence weight loss results in a positive matter. The problem is that these ingredients must each be used at 400mg or more and Rapid Slim’s “proprietary blend” cannot possibly hold the amount required for effectiveness.
