But honestly speaking, vitamins and electrolytes do not actually promote weight loss, they shouldn’t be premiere or even really mentioned ingredients. They should take a backseat to more active weight loss ingredients, or what is the point of buying this over a grocery store multivitamin? They don’t even have the same amounts of vitamins as a common multivitamin, and realistically, they have extremely small amounts of the active ingredients such as 1mg. So obviously, those aren’t actually going to produce results.
