Bibli-Cal

Bibli-Cal

Bibli-Cal is just as it sounds; a diet pill developed from the bible. A Reverend trying to lose weight decided to eat only foods mentioned in the bible for 40 days straight. He claims that he lost 40 pounds by only eating these foods. That is a lot of weight, and would not be healthy for everyone. However, most people would not be able to stick to these foods for 40 days straight. That is why he has put this formula into a pill. It supposedly contains only foods mentioned in the bible. Can these biblical foods really help you lose weight when put into a pill?

Ingredients And Mechanism Of Action:

Bibli-Cal ingredients include barley juice, pomegranate, hyssop, white kidney bean, red wine, apple juice, mustard seed, garlic, olive leaf, peppermint, and bee pollen. We saw two main problems with this pill before even looking at the ingredients. First, he was on a very strict diet with very few calories so of course he lost weight. Second, putting these foods into pills will not provide the same benefits But that aside, it comes down to the pill itself. All of the ingredients found in Bibli-Cal may have some nutrients. But in pill form, they have nothing to do with weight loss!

Overall Impression of Bibli-Cal

Many of these foods in Bibli-Cal have been shown to have great benefits for health. However, none of them have been proven weight loss ingredients. None of them help to suppress the appetite, burn more fat, or block-carbs. They will not hurt you, But realistically, it will act as nothing more than a glorified placebo pill. So obviously, we would recommend finding something else.
