BetaStax ingredients include CLA, caffeine anhydrous, advantra-Z, vinpocetine, vegetable wax extract, fenugreek extract, astragalus extract, tribulus terrestis extract, magnolia extract, French lilac extract, jojoba extract, phellodendron amurense extract, eurycoma longifolia extract, and rice bran extract. The ingredients in the first blend actually have a lot of potential to be quite effective. They have a few ingredients such as chromium and advantra z that have actually been shown to provide some weight loss effects. However, they must be used along with exercise. The other ingredients really have not been shown to be effective. And BetaStax does not bother using the clinically proven amounts of the good ingredients that they do have. So it obviously defeats the whole purpose.
Overall Impression of BetaStax
BetaStax is not effective. With BetaStax, you will only end up suffering more side effects and problems than anything else. And it has no proven benefits. It has plenty of ingredients that have nothing to do with weight loss, and only small amounts of those that do. And we would definitely recommend looking elsewhere.
