Ingredients and Mechanism of Action:

ABB Stack EF ingredients include methylxanthine, metabromine cocoa extract synephrine, caffeine, and 2-dimethylaminoethanol. Now this blend repeats caffeine twice. Basically speaking, methylxanthines is another name for caffeine, and ultimately while this can burn fat, even combining the amounts they claim to use, you are not actually getting the needed 400mg that you would get results with. Likewise, they only have 25mg of synephrine as opposed to the necessary 250mg, and obviously enough, this will cause more caffeine related side effects than anything else with absolutely no results.

Overall Impression of ABB Stack EF

We would not recommend using ABB Stack EF. It will not promote greater fat burning or weight loss, and ultimately speaking, ABB Stack EF is just another waste of time and money. It does not have the right amounts of its given ingredients, and ultimately speaking, it is missing quite a few things to say the least. There are far better options out there, and we would definitely recommend that you check into them instead.
