8-FX has a blend of ingredients such as caffeine, avena sativa, raspberry ketones, advantra-Z, green tea, and yohimbine extract. These ingredients they combine into a few different, yet extremely small proprietary blends. Apparently they think this will suffice for the needs of all the ingredients, when many only suffice for one of the ingredients listed, and some don’t even do that. They also base most of their formula on caffeine based ingredients, which means in short that essentially speaking, you are going to suffer common side effects of caffeine. They also use yohimbine which does not actually produce weight loss results at all, and it causes side effects such as heart attack, stroke, liver failure, and kidney damage.
