5 Factor Diet

5 Factor Diet

The 5 Factor Diet was first created by fitness expert Harley Pasternak. It is based around the idea that if you use the number 5 in everything from the number of meals to the amount of ingredients, 5 exercises in your workouts, each 5 minutes long, etc you get the idea, you will be able to lose weight, and you only are meant to use this plan for 5 weeks. So it’s a little bit obsessive to say the least, but easy to remember as well, which isn’t a bad thing.

Price: $25.00

Ingredients And Mechanism Of Action:

Obviously there are no ingredients. But the obsession with the number 5 is a bit much. They only have 25 minute workouts, and that’s an old idea of maximizing your time. However, they are now saying that you should actually have at least hour long workouts to really get the fat burning that you need to fight especially major obesity problems. So that’s quite a bit difference to say the least. As far as only following it for about 5 weeks, obviously it’s not a long term plan and it’s not meant to be sustainable, which is definitely not a good thing.

Overall Impression of 5 Factor Diet

We would not suggest using the 5 Factor Diet. It doesn’t work the way they often advertise, and it’s not at all a long term solution. For long term results that stay around, you need a plan that will last for the rest of your life, and frankly this just doesn’t work that way. It has some good base ideas, but it really doesn’t have the whole package.
